Whether it's solving for a retaining wall, a foundation, or a bluff subject to sea level rise, we don't just do the work -- we do it with care, precision, and purpose. <h3>The Role: What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead investigations of subsurface and geologic hazards, including slope stability, landslides, fault rupture, liquefaction, coastal bluff erosion, and debris flow.</li><li>Design foundations, retaining walls, earthworks, ground improvements, drainage, and other structures sensitive to soil and rock behavior.</li><li>Analyze field and laboratory data, interpret geologic history, and develop recommendations that are safe, constructable, and cost-effective.</li><li>Support projects through both design and construction phases, including plan reviews, construction observation, monitoring, and peer review to ensure field conditions align with assumptions.</li><li>Mentor junior staff, contribute to a collaborative team culture, and help uphold the technical standards our clients expect.</li></ul><h3>Why You'll Love Working Here</h3>Impact &amp; Variety: From small residential projects to large public infrastructure or essential buildings, you'll face a wide range of challenges that keep you learning.Small Enough to Matter, Big Enough to Deliver: As a small-business, your contributions are visible and valued.
